Registration is required to use ION. Registration is a quick 3-step process.
Step 1 is to enter your Customer ID. You should have received your
Customer ID in an introductory email when you downloaded or purchased ION or via your Sales Representative. If you have
not received your Customer ID or have misplaced the email, please contact
Universe Point at 610-352-1150 or sales@universepoint.com
Step 2 is to enter a Station Name. The Station name is an easy way to identify the computers on which ION is installed. We recommend choosing a name that represents the location and/or function of the computer (e.g. My Home, Front Office, Main Server, etc.)
Step 3 is to apply your license. You may purchase one or many licenses. A license is required for each machine using ION under your Customer ID. On the screen, if only one license is available, simply select that license and click "Next". If you have purchased multiple licenses, choose the one that best describes the function of the computer on which ION is being installed.
