Screen Elements

Job Name

Displays the name of the job currently being run. If multiple jobs are running, use this drop-down list to view the other job.

Current State

Displays the operation currently being run

Start Time

Displays the time the current backup job was started

Destination

Displays the location to which files are being copied

Total Number of Files

Displays the number of files the current job will attempt to process

Total Size

Displays the total size of the files the current job will attempt to process

Transfer Rate

Displays the rate at which data is backed up or transferred.

Currently Processing:

Displays the file that is currently being processed

Files Processed

Displays the number of files that have been processed by the current job

Files Skipped

Displays the total number of files that have been processed but not copied by the current job

Estimated Completion Time

Displays the estimated time required to process the remaining files in the job.

Files left to process

Displays the number of files that have not yet been processed by the current job

Errors

Displays the total number of errors generated during the current backup. NOTE: A detailed description of the errors encountered can be accessed through the ‘Summary’ button.

Time Elapsed

Displays the total time the job has been processing or, if finished, the total time the job took to complete.

Amount left to process

Displays the amount of data that has not yet been processed by the current job

Files Verified

Displays the number of files that have been verified by the current job. NOTE: Files will only be verified if the verification option has been selected in the properties of the job.

Compression Ratio

Displays the average compression percentage for all of the files copied in the current backup set

Databases processed

Displays the number of databases processed in this job. NOTE: Database backup is only available in the Server Premium Version.

Current File

Displays the progress of the file currently being processed

Overall Progress

Displays the progress of the entire job currently being processed

Start

Start the selected job or resume from Pause

Pause

Pauses the job and enables and enables resume from the current point in the backup process

Stop

Stops the job and requires a complete restart of the backup process

Summary

Once a backup job has completed, display summary information about the job that was processed

Close

Close the Run Now interface
